Return & Refund Policy

At Greenloom, we offer returns within 7 to 10 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

• Proof of purchase is required

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return request. Returns requested after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
